Europe 4-7 working days; Outside Europe 5-9 working days; Australia & Oceania 5-9 working days. We can not ship to Po Box address by Courier.

Fake Information / Illegal processing:
It is a crime to use a false name / another person credit card or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught willfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We track the electronic 'fingerprints' of every order placed on this website to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.
We reserve the right to ask additional information to process order.
You can pay by Visa / MasterCard credit/debit cards. Should you with to pay by cheque or direct bank transfer, please email us on email@example.com stating clearly that you want to buy (quantity and values) and we will send you a pro forma invoice.
We do not give any advice how to use products sold on this site.

Ordering from this website constitutes agreement with and acceptance of these terms and conditions and release dried flowers it's owners/ affiliates from any and all liability. We reserve the right to change our policies without notice and to refuse service to anyone. Thank You for understanding.
Import Duty/Custom Duty,Import Permit, Taxes, Clearance, Quarantine,Storage Charges and Other Charges are not included in the item price and buyer will responsible for these issues.

Returns / Refund / Cancel order policy:
We aim to keep all our clients happy and operate a user friendly service in the event a client is not satisfied, our customers wants to change their mind, or makes a mistake whilst ordering. Below we aim to set out our policy clearly. These terms do not affect clients statutory rights.
Returns: Clients are welcome to return goods to us if not 100% satisfied (within 14 days) however, we do request that clients email us before returning goods to advise the reason for return. Please note that if there is nothing faulty / damaged with the goods, we will not refund the carriage costs.
Refund: In the case we have agreed with a client to refund a purchase / part of a purchase, we will refund using the method originally paid with. This refund will be issued within 2-3 working days after a refund has been agreed (Excluding Shipping charges). Customer have to pay return postage charges.
If customer did not pay delivery charges on original order due to discount/offer or other reason. We will charge 10% on total to cover our shipping/packing cost.
ALL items are posted in sturdy corrugated boxes, and with appropriate labelling (and a CN22 customs declaration label, where required), completed. Issues with customs / quarantine departments are extremely rare, and we will make a full compensation claim on your behalf in ALL cases of non-delivery.
If courier is unable to deliver your order/package due to no one available at delivery address and customer fail to collect order/package from courier local depot or fail to arrange suitable day for redelivery. Due to these circumstances if courier returned your order/package to us, we will not reship until redelivery cost and returned courier cost will be paid.
