All our products are packed to order, so please leave 2 working days for your order to be sent.

Delivery Time:
Europe 4-7 working days; Outside Europe 5-9 working days; Australia & Oceania 5-9 working days (Exclude customs clearance)

How We Deliver:
We may use Royal Mail, Parcel Force, UPS, Fedex to deliver your order depending on the weight and size of the item(s) you have ordered.

Items that are delivered by these companies need to be signed for; if no one is available to sign for the items then a notification card will be left at the delivery address. To reclaim your item(s) contact the courier to either organise for you to collect the item or to arrange a suitable day for re-delivery.

If customer will fail to reclaim item to relevant courier (within 3-5 working days depend on courier company) after notice left by courier company then courier company will return item back to sender. Therefore customer will liable for shipping cost and return charges as applicable by courier company.

Missing, Damaged or Incomplete Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete please contact us immediately and we will deal with it accordingly.

If you do not receive your order within 14 working days of receiving a 'Dispatch Confirmation' email you must contact us where we will then open an investigation with the appropriate courier.
